Daniel B. Tune, Esq., joined The Rotolo Law Firm on March 3, 2008, focusing in all aspects of family law bringing to the firm a solid background and education exhibiting stellar performance in his past academic and professional experiences.

Mr. Tune received a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Information Systems Technologies in May 2003 from Syracuse University. He was a Dean’s Scholar recipient from 1999-2003. Continuing his education at Syracuse University, in May 2006, Mr. Tune received his Masters of Science in Computer Science and his Juris Doctor.

After graduating with several honors from the Syracuse University College of Law in May 2006 and being awarded the Chancellor’s Scholar Award for 2003-2006, Mr. Tune served as Judicial Clerk for the President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II, P.J. in the Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County, Jim Thorpe, PA. Carbon is a small county and each judge presides over all civil, criminal, and family matters. In addition, during his tenure as a judicial clerk, Mr. Tune had the opportunity to work with Judge David W. Addy, as well as several visiting judges hearing cases in the County. In October 2007, Mr. Tune became an associate in the Law Office of Demetrios K. Stratis, L.L.C., in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, where he worked until he joined The Rotolo Law Firm in March 2008.

Mr. Tune is a member of the New Jersey and the New York Bars and is trained in the practice of collaborative law .
